In collaboration with Ian McDermott and International Teaching Seminars, Patricia has developed training in Applied Neuroscience, NLP and Neuroscience and Neuroscience and coaching which she delivers through in-house training, consultancy and public programmes.
Patricia has a position on the faculty of Henley Business School, where she teaches on the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, the Advanced Management Practice programme and the MA in Leadership.
She has worked for Kaizen Training, where she developed customised neuroscience solutions for Sage Publishing. With colleagues from Ashridge Executive Education, she has developed training in the Neuroscience of Leadership for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. She provides masterclasses for Coaching at Work Ltd, presenter with CIPD and Patricia is also an accredited assessor for the Professional Development Foundation,
Patricia Riddell also works alongside the team at Elephants Don’t Forget to advise on the psychology and neuroscience of learning, and to help develop business solutions based on sound psychometric, psychology and neuroscience research.
